Welcome to Skyblade Elite! To ensure a fair, enjoyable, and engaging experience for all players, we have established the following rules. By playing Skyblade Elite, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. Violation of any rules may result in penalties, including suspension or permanent ban from the game.

Respectful Conduct
1. Be Respectful: Treat all players with respect and courtesy. Trashtalks are part of the game, however, we want to emphasize that we remain very strict about the protection of personal information. Sharing personal details such as pictures, full names, or addresses, whether through Discord or in-game will not be tolerated and will result in severe consequences.
2. No Bullying: Bullying or targeting players for personal reasons will not be tolerated.
3. Sportsmanship: Display good sportsmanship, whether winning or losing. Congratulate others and handle defeats gracefully.

Fair Play
1. No Cheating: The use of cheats, hacks, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
2. No Exploiting Bugs: If you discover a bug or exploit, report it immediately. Do not use it to gain an advantage.
3. Fair Competition: Do not collaborate with opponents in a way that undermines the competitive nature of the game.

Account Security
1. Protect Your Account: Keep your account information secure. Do not share your login details with anyone.
2. No Account Sharing: Each account should be used solely by the individual who created it. We never recommend account sharing.
3. Report Suspicious Activity: Report any suspicious activity or security breaches to the game administrators immediately.

Communication
1. In-Game Chat: Use the in-game chat for game-related communication. Avoid spamming, advertising, or using inappropriate language.
2. Respect Privacy: Do not share personal information (yours or others') in the game.
3. Feedback and Reporting: Constructive feedback is welcome. Report issues or inappropriate behavior through the designated channels.

Marketplace and Trading
1. Fair Trading: Engage in fair and honest trading practices. Scamming or deceiving other players is forbidden.
2. Real Money Transactions: Trading or selling in-game items or accounts for real money is allowed but the management shall never be held liable for the players' transactions inside or outside the game.

Community Engagement
1. Positive Contribution: Contribute positively to the community. Help new players, participate in events, and foster a welcoming environment.
2. Abide by Moderators: Respect the decisions and actions of the game moderators and administrators.

Enforcement
Penalties: Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of the offense.
Right to Appeal: Players have the right to appeal disciplinary actions through the designated appeal process.
